For Alumni
The intensive 9-month Leadership experience is just the beginning of consciously assessing your professional and personal path, while building a network of connections to help you navigate your civic leadership journey.
Since our inaugural Leadership class in 1984, we have helped prepare more than 1,832 people to become the next generation of civic leaders in Baltimore. Our impressive list of alumni have gone on to launch new endeavors, become elected leaders, take successful organizations to new heights and chart new horizons to pursue passions.
The ability to ease in and out of active involvement, depending on where you are professionally or personally, is an invaluable asset of The Leadership. We are always here and ready to help you re-engage with other alumni or the greater Baltimore community when you need us.
We encourage you to stay connected with Leadership alumni and engaged with Baltimore. Here are some easy ways you can to do that:
- Share your current contact information with us (particularly your email address).
- Attend events – those created by your classmates or others developed for all alumni.
- Read our Leadership emails. Whitelist our email address info@theleadership.org and check your spam in-box to make sure you are receiving them.
- Recommend others to the program, sharing your personal experience and information on how to apply.
“I am proud to be part of a legacy of leaders of this great city. I’ve made wonderful friendships for a lifetime and remain dedicated to making Baltimore one of the best cities in the world!”
